uplift the overall quality of your life

you may have a lot to boast about,

you may have a full plate of activities lined up for the rest of the year,

you may even have a teeny, tiny bit of time to pencil in some fun,

but busy doesn’t measure how full of a life you have, fam.

booked + busy isn’t an accomplishment when it doesn’t align with your core values, your “why”, or uplift the overall quality of your life.

money is the smallest part of the equation.

money comes + money goes as it constantly flows.

it’s gone be there!

on the other hand — your time?

oh, you can’t get that back!

focus on what you’re doing with your time.

by all means, when booked + busy works it works.

+ when it doesn’t, it fails miserably.

today, exercise discernment.

is saying ‘yes’ to this really the move right now?

what other commitments are you ditching for this?

what is important to you right now?

what would you rather do right now?

accomplish every goal you’ve set for yourself while also taking into account the value it brings into your life + into the lives of others.

it means absolutely nothing to live a busy life when you’re stressed out about it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

what does having a full plate mean when you those food choices are no longer a part of your lifestyle, when you aren’t willing to feed those who are starving, +/or when the food has completely spoiled?

what does it mean to be booked + busy when you don’t have the freedom to come + go as you please, when you don’t have time for yourself, or when you don’t have time to cultivate relationships?

go + make today count.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

do you consider yourself “booked + busy”? if so, how is it serving you in this season of your life?

are you living a life you absolutely love?
if so, what about it do you love?
if not, what can you do today to start loving where you are now?
