when it’s important to you, you’ll show it

too many times, we give attention to behaviors + situations that don’t matter to us.

we don’t realize that when we give these things our attention, even when the attention is in the form of disgust + disdain, we are feeding into its existence + encouraging these behaviors + situations to grow.

today, only concentrate your efforts + energy on behaviors + situations that you want to continue experiencing in your life.

you can acknowledge something has happened without dwelling on it + you can also release it back into the flow of life, allowing yourself the space to focus on what is important to you.

when something is important to you, you show it.

you validate its importance in your life using your thoughts, your words, + your actions.

are your using your time, energy, + efforts to amplify it?

what’s important to you will always shine through in all that you say + do.

today, make sure what you deem important aligns with not only with the core of you, but shows in all that you are currently outwardly projecting + portraying.
