lashing out in frustration
+
operating out of anger
only complicates an already delicate situation.
yes, anger in some cases is justified + frustration is the by product of a overwhelm + disappointment.
though there is nothing wrong with feeling these feelings + making it known that these feelings exist within you,
acting with vindication in your heart only further proves that two wrongs don’t make a right.
in what ways does intentionally harming people with your actions + words help make a situation better?
instead of calling for blood, begin thinking in a more calculated way.
what happens when you channel that energy + instead of dragging yourself to the pits of hell, use it for your highest good?
of course, if you feel the need to go there who am me to tell you otherwise — you have made a decision, obviously with much thought + consideration.
however, when you feel the need to act impulsively to make a point or when you feel that anger is your only option — pause.
remember:
1) you always have other options from which to choose
+
2) you have the choice to use that same energy in a different way.
be encouraged.
be you, be dope!
