why are you so worried about that?

stop worrying.

the shit you’re worrying about fall into one of two categories —

1) it’s beyond your control

+

2) you can take action + change it

the shit that’s not within your control, forget about it.

what can you do when you can’t do anything?

well, for starters you can accept the situation for what it is by changing your heart, your mind, + your outlook about it.

that way, you are still doing something about what you cannot control: you’re letting it go.

anything you can use your brawn +/or brain to change, you’ve got options for that, too:

make somethin’ shake or — as you do when something is beyond your control — let it be + let it go.

the difference here is that when you refuse to take action to actively change what you don’t want to experience in your life, you are choosing to stay stagnant, to stay stuck, + to stay complacent

there are a myriad of factors at play that we can use as excuses for not taking action + to us those excuses are + forever will be valid until…

we decide to believe that nothing can stop us from living life on our own terms.

today, focus your energy on creating a full + rich life, one that you are excited to experience + one that you are intentionally choosing to live.

worrying is a waste of your precious time + energy, fam — focus on creating + channel your energy into changing.

be you, be dope!
