today, give your body the attention it deserves.

every single moment of every single day it’s working hard to protect you, to uplift you, + to serve you as best as it can with all the resources in which it has to work.

how long can your body continue supporting someone who doesn’t give a damn about what it needs?

the tension + trauma your body holds is in need of a release; an outward expression of the inward repression it’s held onto for years.

provide space + time for your body to release, for it to gain strength, + for it to recover from the trauma its constantly enduring.
