you desire a certain outcome

listen —

i can’t say what you’re worried about won’t happen.

what i can say is that worrying about it won’t prevent what’s gonna happen from happening.

take action.

you don’t have to worry yourself sick about something you have no control over, but you can take action by doing what you can do on your end.

so what can you control right now?

your attitude + your actions.

what you do,
how you react,
what you say,
how you say it,
what you feed your mind,
how much you will believe of your thoughts…

because thoughts aren’t facts.

your thoughts, like your feelings, are fleeting.

you don’t have to be stuck in worry-land.

turn your fear into gratitude.

“thank you for this awareness. things will work out how they will work out. there’s no need to worry.”

i get it — you desire a certain outcome.

as hard as it may be, free yourself from having to have a certain type of outcome + enjoy this moment.

everything will work out how it works out.

your energy is best used on what you can do right now, not the hypotheticals.

shift from what if to what’s happening now

focus on that + retain (there’s that word again) your sanity.

be you, be dope!
