you gain nothing from being nice, fam

showing up in the most authentic way requires one to have sincere motives.

sincerity is honesty you have with yourself, with others, + with life itself.

moving with sincerity is moving with intention, with thoughtfulness, + without worry about the optics.

you are speaking up when it’s tough,

you are standing up even when your legs are wobbling,

+

you are leaning into uncomfortable situations without judgement + certainly without avoidance.

when you are sincere, you are well respected because your word is your bond.

people know that when it comes to you, fam you are impartial + truthful, + yet kind + compassionate.

today, realize the importance of showing up with sincerity.

you gain nothing by being nice + placating everyone around you; however, at the very least, you gain self-respect by being who you are at your core — no fluff, no frills, only freedom.

throwing a rock + hiding your hand will create more problems in your life than standing up t+ speaking your truth, even when the truth isn’t easy to digest.

speak from your heart with the deepest sincerity,

do what is necessary, just, + fair,

+ most importantly:

be you, be dope!

if you were no longer concerned about others opinions of you, what would you do today? who would you be if no one was watching?
