you have gas left in the tank

what does giving 100% look like?

well, that changes day by day, moment by moment.

consider this:

you’ve just began an exercise.

you’re pumped, you’re ready to give it 100%.

so you do.

you lift the weights.

you run the miles.

you spin the cycle.

whatever exercise tickles your fancy, that’s what you do fam.

before you know it, exercise time is coming to a close.

you have one more movement to do; one more minute to do it.

your body is saying it’s fatigued, but not to the point of failure.

you have gas left in the tank.

your brain is telling you, “you can do this!

so you lean into the challenge + give it your 100%.

now, does your 100% at the start + your 100% at the end look identical?

likely, no.

maybe you do less reps,

maybe you’re lifting less weight,

maybe your rotations have slowed down,

but you ain’t stopping until it’s done. ✊🏾

imagine the feeling of accomplishment that comes with finishing what the fuck you started.

imagine how incredible life can be when you give your all, your 100%, in taking action; to getting started.

accept that  100% doesn’t look the same in every moment + that’s okay.

giving your all is what transform an experience from mechanical to meaningful.

be you, be dope!
