you’re not wrong about your situation

when you doubt yourself you’re not wrong, fam.

your perception is your reality, so who is anyone to tell you you’re wrong?

you are, however, putting yourself a huge disadvantage by not believing in your capabilities.

here you are with the sauce, with everything you need to get the ball rolling, + you have the nerve to doubt who you are + what you’re about.

the outcome may not always be exactly what you’re looking for, but the dub is always present.

whether you’re picking up the pieces or eloquently finding your way through, you’re learning what works + what can use improvement + that’s always a good look.

plain + simple:

your actions reflect whatever you think about yourself.

when you believe you’ll conquer whatever comes your way, you’ll act with confidence.

you’ll take risks + act on purpose.

you’ll move with intention + focus your efforts on creating value.

when you doubt yourself, you’ll hesitate.

you’ll make excuses as to why you can’t, you’ll fix your mouth to say, “there’s no way” + you’ll throw a pity party for yourself before you’ve even attempted to make a move.

how you’re acting today, right now, may or may not be true to who you are at your core.

no one can tell you or persuade you to do different or to want different for your life.

you have to decide that for yourself.

you have to believe that you are fully capable of doing what needs to be done to live differently.

yes, help is available.

yes, you may need additional answers, skills, + information.

what’s also true is you have everything you need now what you need now to get the ball rolling.

you’re not wrong about what you’ve got going on…

+ because the circumstances don’t matter, you’re not right, either.

see beyond your immediate situation,

release the doubt + fear,

+ bravely live today with the confidence + intention it deserves.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

if your actions reflect what you think about yourself, what are your actions telling you about how you’re feeling about who you are right now?

do you want to continue supporting this type of behavior? if not, what actions can you take today to set yourself up on a different path?
