whatever is causing you stress + anxiety, let the obligation you’ve placed on yourself to ‘keep it cute’ + to keep shit bottled up inside for niceties sake go.

it’s time to adopt a new (to you) attitude about what you’re going through in life.

how you handle your situation + circumstances today is based on this one thing:

your ability to separate what’s real (now) from your worries (the past + the future).

when you change your attitude, you are changing your outlook which essentially changes your life.

the power lies within you to make the moves you so bravely must make to see a difference in your life, fam.

playing small will get you small results.

to win big, to expand + grow, to live a full + rich life, you must be brave, be bold, + be the change you’re looking for.
