undo the damage

even when your actions don’t align with your core values, you’re making a difference.

it’s true.

your daily behaviors, regardless of whether intention lies within them or not, are making a huge difference in your life.

the question is: is this the difference you want to see?

if you like what you see, keep doing what you’re doing.

if you don’t like what you see, switch that shit up.

undo the damage.

destructive behaviors don’t have to beget destructive behaviors, fam.

just because you’re on this path now doesn’t mean you have to stay on this path forever.

reconfigure the patterns in your life.

so you’ve been doing a –> b –> c + it obviously isn’t working out for you.

there’s no better time than now to test out a different way of do things: maybe b –> c –> a or c –> a –> b.

perhaps you add some freshness + rock with g–> a –> f which coincidently stands for give a fuck about your life!

(okay, i made that up but still 😝)

it all boils down to this:

what is the difference you want to make?

what behaviors support what you most desire?

what actions can you take today that are in alignment with that/those desires?

as much emphasis that we like to place on what we are doing, why we are doing what we’re doing is what matters the most.

be done with making haphazard decisions about what matters most.

adopt the stance of intentionality with your life, make every step you take count, + decide, right now, what difference you’ll make.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

compose three (3) lists of differences you’d like to make: (1) in your life, (2) in the lives of people around you, + (3) in this world.

do your current actions align with the difference you seek? if not, what can you do today that supports the difference you are wanting to make?
