it’s never been about the odds being in your favor.
i mean, shit — why wouldn’t they be, fam?
unless you’re rolling dice, trading stocks, or tossing a coin,
the probability of a certain thing happening or not happening doesn’t matter.
in most circumstances, you taking action is all that matters.
either you will or you won’t, you do or you don’t. period.
it may appear that the odds are stacked against you, but when has a challenge not been challenging?
it may not be easy to do,
you may have a lot of shit to overcome,
+ guess what?
you can still beast that shit.
bet on yourself.
controlling the odds is pointless when you can control your choices.
plus — hear me out:
miracles happen, sis.
you already know the universe is conspiring for your good, so why worry?
why let fear stop you from beating these self-imposed odds?
it’s not about winning + it’s not about losing.
in the end, taking intentional action is what matters most.
less talking + calculating how the odds may be stacked in favor of or against you,
more doing your best + letting go of the rest.
the odds aren’t in your control; your actions are.
be you, be dope!
