not only are you wasting valuable time,
you’re wasting a considerable amount of energy avoiding what needs to be addressed.
stop putting it off.
you make it harder on yourself to continue to through life with a monkey on your back so to speak.
it’s much lighter + extremely refreshing to live life freely, without the heaviness of a problem weighing on you.
put on a brave face + go for what scares you the most.
even when you’re feeling fearful, remember courage lives inside of you, fam.
you won’t know to what extent it exists until you muster it up + use it.
today, notice any issues that may arise + commit to resolving them right then + there.
it may not be an easy task to complete, you may need help along the way, but remind yourself you can do hard things + challenges are simply character builders.
