you’ve said “i can’t…” for so long you’re out here believing it + behaving like it’s true. 🤨
what if today you decided that enough is enough?
picture today as a day where no excuses part from your lips.
imagine, for a moment, that you decide to take action rather than procrastinate today.
see yourself asking questions, testing out theories, admitting that you’re a work in progress + you’re that open to learning rather than completely shutting down an idea because you’re afraid you can’t do something.
you are capable, fam.
you are an expert problem solver + have done much more for yourself than you give yourself credit for.
remember who you are.
though people may seemingly fail you,
though circumstances may seemingly corner you + have you thinking you have no way out of their grasp,
though it may feel like the steps you’re making are seemingly meaningless because you don’t see the immediate change in your life,
it’s up to you + you alone to decide whether or not you’re going to let that shit stop you.
be real with yourself:
when you decide to get something done, when has anyone else but yourself stopped you from getting it done?
make a way for yourself by first stating that you will.
your willingness to change the course of your life is the pivotal first step to making the changes you wish to see + living it on your own terms fully + completely.
are you willing to do that for yourself?
be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:
let’s talk non-negotiables!
what, if anything, is a non-negotiable in your life?
what are some actions you are unwilling to execute in order to live the lifestyle that you’ve always dreamed?
write them down + examine your list. therein lies your absolute “no”s, not to be confused with your excuses.
what other factors are stopping you from going after what you most desire that are not listed on this list? explain why they are stopping you from making shift happen.
if not those things, what are you willing to do to take your life to the next level?
