  1. i’m using this time to reflect my boundaries — do i have any boundaries + if so, what do they look like? when setting + enforcing a boundary, what are my expectations (if any)? am i setting boundaries for me to govern how i act or am i attempting to use them to change how others choose to behave?
  2. *breathing in* how *I* choose to behave in this moment is my choice *breathing out* how others choose to behave is on them.
  3. i accept the things i cannot change.
  4. there are no bounds on what i can achieve. my success is unlimited. my possibilities are endless. my opportunity is now.
  5. every one doesn’t have to like me, engage with me, or approve of how i choose to live my life + i’m okay with that. i still live on.
