  1. deleting “trying” out of my vocabulary. i am + i do. period.
  2. when i notice my focus drifting, i gently guide it back to now.
  3. gratitude is an exercise i so fervently practice every day.
  4. i’m standing on the promises of my ancestors. i am their wildest dreams.
  5. comparing myself to others robs us both of the joy it feels to be ourselves. i am free to be me + i give others the space to be them.
