do you truly believe that you’ll be happier with more, fam?
what is it that more can give you that you don’t already have at your disposal?
outwardly, you’ll appear to have it all, but inwardly?
yea that’s where the lack resides.
constantly wishing for more shows us how much we don’t appreciate what we already have.
say you want more patience (that seems to be a common ask) —
what about the patience you already have?
have you put it to actual use lately?
is it working as intended?
what exactly will you do with more?
go within + start flexing your gratitude.
what you have now is more than enough + quite frankly, is exactly what will propel you forward in life.
the increase you seek is a byproduct of you utilizing everything you’ve got now.
it’s not that you need more, it’s that what you’ve got is being underutilized or not used at all.
want happiness? be happy.
want patience? be patient.
want peace? be peaceful.
want love? be loving.
what you give you get back tenfold!
use what you’ve got to get exactly what you want.
you have everything you need to get started. use it.
be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:
describe what peace looks like in your current situation. does it look more rest? taking time to connect with nature? literally turning off the noise + sitting in silence? accepting what you cannot change?
what exactly does it look like + do you find yourself enjoying peaceful moments throughout your day? why or why not?
