you do know you can change your current situation, right fam?
none of this shit you’re experiencing right now has to be a habitual experience.
deciding you want different is the first step to breaking the cycle.
now follow through.
the first action is to decide, the next action is to do something about it.
certain foods causing you to break out or have bubble guts?
consuming that is a choice.
decide to leave them alone + to eat something different.
not getting enough sleep because you’re up watching tv?
watching tv late at night is a choice.
decide to turn off the tv + jump in the bed earlier (even if you don’t fall asleep immediately).
feeling unfulfilled + uninspired lately?
allowing your feelings to dictate how you move is a choice.
decide to do something that inspires you + that is of service to others.
you can sulk in your own shit if you want, that’s on you.
or — or!
you can do something that is meaningful + speaks to who you are at your core.
i get it may feel this way sometimes, but sis: you are not stuck.
decide that you will do something different + commit yourself to making it happen.
be intentional wit it + above all else: do your best + take care of yourself.
