what does it feel like to sit still + release every thought that’s recently been weighing on you? what does it feel like to have such a weigh lifted from your body?
what does it feel like to freely give to others without the expectation of receiving in kind?
what does it feel like to spread love, to be loved, + to know love so intimately you have no choice but to act in accordance with it no matter where you go?
what does it feel like to know peace + patience?
what does it feel like to agree to disagree + not feel disrespected, offended, or less than during the encounter?
today, get to know the feeling.
you may not know what many or any of these experiences feel like + if you’re willing, that can change for you today.
choose these feelings for yourself.
there is so much opportunity in today — the opportunity to feel the feelings you’ve always wanted to experience, included.
by the end of the day, may you have the chance to explain at least one of these feelings from an “i lived this” perspective by choosing to live a life that reflects what you want to experience.
today, may you be courageous enough to live, to open up, + to welcome these experiences + feelings into your life.
