  1. the discomfort? temporary. the progress? oh, it will stick!
  2. my body is strong. my mind is a fortress. my willpower is unmatched. i have what it takes to push through until the end. i can do it!
  3. learning is a part of the process + executing what i’ve learned is part of my practice.
  4. consistently practicing is one way i increase my stamina. knowing it ends with a win is what keeps me focused.
  5. i’m leaving my last practice knowing i put my best foot forward + that i committed to showing up + showing out! my practice efforts are indeed performance level. 🤌🏾
  6. *bonus* i’ve come so far + i’ve learned so much along the way. there’s no stopping me now!
