  1. when i feel myself becoming judgmental, i raise my awareness + begin focusing on what brings me joy, what i am grateful for, + what steps i can take to get me to where i want to go in life.

  3. by releasing my judgmental attitude, i am creating space for radical acceptance. by releasing my judgmental thoughts, i am embracing a world full of endless possibilities. by releasing my judgmental conversation, i give my heart an opportunity to be filled with gratitude.
  4. when i judge others, i am really judging myself.
  5. judgment offers temporary relief from our most uncomfortable thoughts about ourselves. longterm peace comes from fully accepting ourselves, flaws + all.
