what is it saying it needs?
are you willing to listen first before acting?
explore your body.
take your mind + shift your focus to those painful areas.
show these spaces love by intentionally breathing life into them.
no seriously: sit down, close your eyes, relax your body, + shift your attention to the trouble spot(s).
tell that spot:
i feel your discomfort + i’m sending all of my love + healing energy your way.
repeat your mantra or affirmation it as you go throughout your body + offer yourself genuine curiosity + kindness.
healing is hard AF without an acknowledgement that pain exists.
