distractions are present + plentiful these days.
no matter how persistent these distractions can present themselves to be, there is a powerful force that can rid you from them:
your focus.
what makes your focus so powerful?
well, it’s not the easiest thing to control.
you of all people can attest to how hard it’s been to control your focus.
shit, i can, too.
to shift your focus, it takes skill + intention.
+ how do you master a skill?
you consistently do it.
every moment of the day, you have an opportunity to redirect your focus.
what you want to accomplish,
who + what you want to build deeper connections with,
who you want to be —
all of these activities require your full attention.
manifesting life on your own terms means focusing solely on what you want to see in the 3D + nothing else.
what you actualize you energize.
the more you think about how you don’t like or don’t want something, the more of it you’ll see.
it’s not until you push it out of your thoughts, out of your mind, that you can take your focus elsewhere.
call back your power + control your focus, fam.
with all the distractions out there, redirecting your focus can prove itself to be a bit challenging — persist + affirm this:
focusing is a skill i willfully hone. i focus on one task at a time + right now, i am focused on _(insert activity here)_. as my focus deepens, i am reminded of how fulfilling life is living in the present moment focusing on one activity at a time.
be you, be dope!
